Stockyard Falls retail centre, Warkworth
Our client, Perrendale Holdings Ltd, asked us to identify and assess potential sites for a bulk retail centre in the Rodney District. In addition to the strategic location analysis, the project required an extensive range of planning inputs, including a Plan Change, Environment Court appeal and mediation, and multiple consent applications.
