Retirement Village and Retail Shops
Resource consent applications have been lodged for a retirement village and retail complex in the heart of the Warkworth town centre. Incorporating an existing heritage hotel and several large protected Oak trees into the design was particularly challenging. A decision is expected on the resource consent application before the end of 2011.
