Silverdale West Dairy Flat Industrial Area Structure Plan

The Draft Silverdale West Dairy Flat Industrial Area Structure Plan has been notified for submissions by the Auckland Council. Submissions closed in April 2019. After the final structure plan is adopted in 2020, a plan change will be notified for submissions.

The intention is that part of the industrial area will be ready for development within the next five years. You can find the plan here.
